1. About Parivar

Parivar is a digital platform that may provide services including:

• Family profile management
• Family member management
• Matrimonial profiles
• Community information
• Events and activities
• Donations and related records
• Notifications and communication
• Other family/community-related services

Features may vary depending on the account, organization, family group or subscription/service configuration.

2. User Account

You are responsible for providing accurate information while creating and maintaining your account. You agree that:

• The information provided by you should be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You will update information when necessary.
• You will keep your login credentials confidential.
• You will not share your account with unauthorized persons.
• You will immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may restrict or suspend an account where we reasonably believe there is fraud, misuse, unauthorized access or violation of these Terms.

3. Required and Optional Fields

Parivar uses required and optional fields to provide an appropriate user experience.

Required Fields

Fields marked with (*) or otherwise identified as required must be completed where necessary to: Create an account, Verify the user, Provide a requested service, Complete a transaction, Enable a particular feature.

Optional Fields

Fields that are not marked as required are generally optional. Users may decide whether they want to provide additional information. Providing optional information may allow users to create a more complete profile or use additional features, but users are not required to provide such information unless it becomes necessary for a specific service they choose to use.

4. Accuracy of Information

5. Family Member Information

If you add information about family members or other individuals, you confirm that you have the appropriate authority or permission to provide that information. You should not upload or publish another person’s private information without appropriate authorization.

6. Matrimonial Services

Where Parivar provides matrimonial or profile-matching functionality:

• Users are responsible for the information contained in their profiles.
• Parivar does not guarantee that any profile, person or information is genuine, accurate or suitable.
• Users should independently verify information before making personal, financial or relationship-related decisions.
• Users should exercise appropriate caution while communicating with other users.
• Parivar does not guarantee a successful match, relationship or marriage.

Users should never share passwords, OTPs, banking credentials or other confidential authentication information with another person.

7. Events and Community Activities

Users may be able to register for or participate in events and community activities through Parivar. Event details, schedules, availability and participation requirements may change. Parivar may modify, postpone or cancel an event where reasonably necessary.

8. Donations and Payments

Where donation or payment functionality is available:

• Users must provide accurate transaction information.
• Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.
• Payment processing may be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant payment provider.
• Parivar may maintain appropriate transaction records.
• Refunds, cancellations or payment disputes may be subject to the applicable payment or donation terms.

Users should not provide card PINs, CVV numbers, passwords or OTPs to Parivar personnel through calls, messages or other communication channels.

9. User Content

Users may provide photographs, profile information, family information, descriptions, comments or other content. You remain responsible for the content you submit. You agree not to upload or publish content that:

• Is unlawful
• Is fraudulent
• Infringes another person’s rights
• Contains malware
• Is abusive or threatening
• Contains unnecessary sensitive personal information
• Impersonates another person
• Violates applicable laws

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of Parivar is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal information for legitimate purposes related to providing and operating Parivar services. Required information may be necessary for specific services, while optional information is generally provided at the user’s discretion. We use reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss and disclosure. 11. Data Security

Parivar takes security seriously. We implement reasonable security practices appropriate to the nature of the information and services, which may include encryption, secure authentication, access controls, role-based permissions, monitoring and other security measures. However, no online platform can guarantee 100% security against every possible threat. Users are also responsible for maintaining the security of their account and credentials.

12. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use Parivar for unlawful purposes
• Create fake accounts
• Impersonate another person
• Misuse another user’s personal information
• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform
• Attempt to bypass security controls
• Upload malicious software
• Scrape or automatically collect user information without authorization
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users
• Use Parivar for fraudulent activities
• Misrepresent matrimonial or family information
• Use the platform to solicit users for unauthorized commercial purposes

13. Intellectual Property

The Parivar name, logo, design, software, interface, content and other platform materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit platform materials without appropriate authorization.

14. Third-Party Services

Parivar may integrate with third-party services such as payment providers, hosting providers, authentication services, communication services and other technology providers. Parivar is not responsible for the independent policies, availability or actions of third-party services. Your use of such services may be subject to their respective terms and policies.

15. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to an account where:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• The platform is being misused
• Unauthorized access is attempted
• Required by law
• Necessary to protect users, the platform or other parties

Users may also stop using the service or request account deletion subject to applicable procedures.

16. Disclaimer

Parivar provides the platform on an “as available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain the platform, but we do not guarantee that: The service will always be available, The service will always be error-free, User-provided information will always be accurate, Every profile or user is genuine, Every matrimonial match will be successful, The platform will be completely free from security threats. Users should independently verify important information before relying upon it.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Parivar shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from: Use or inability to use the platform, User-generated content, Interactions between users, Third-party services, Unauthorized actions by third parties, Events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

18. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the Parivar platform. Your continued use of the platform after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction over the matter, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
